Because of the intense development of the area, local authorities have begun the design and construction of additional roads which will ease traffic on Soseaua Petricani. Moreover, work is being done to enlarge the roadway to 4 lanes and to re-pave the two heavy traffic routes: Soseaua Pipera-Tunari and the Erou Iancu Nicolae Street. Improvement work on the 1st National Road (DN1) is yielding a wider and more fluid traffic pattern from the Pipera area, through overcrossings and rotaries.

All of these ongoing projects and the prospect of the new Bucharest-Brasov highway (continuing the Sun Highway) bring the Global City location obvious advantages, with easy traveling to and from Bucharest as well as attractive tourist destinations like Constanta or Valea Prahovei - Brasov.
